Coach guide

Small steps. Calm support. Clear limits.

The OurGLP1 Coach can help organise everyday routines and questions. It is not a clinician or emergency service.

What the Coach is designed to do

The Coach is a routine and education companion. It can help turn a broad intention—such as “I want to be more consistent this week”—into smaller actions, prompts and questions. It can also help organise notes before an appointment or reflect on patterns already recorded in the app.

Useful prompts are practical and low risk: planning a shopping list, creating a hydration reminder, reviewing a weekly routine, drafting questions for a clinician or getting back to ordinary habits after a disrupted day.

What the Coach cannot safely decide

The Coach cannot diagnose a symptom, judge whether a medicine is suitable, select a dose, interpret a serious reaction or replace a pharmacist, dietitian, prescriber or emergency service. It should not be asked to approve a medication change or to confirm that a concerning symptom is harmless.

If an answer conflicts with the medicine leaflet or advice from your healthcare team, follow the official clinical guidance and raise the inconsistency with a qualified professional.

How to ask safer, more useful questions

  • Ask for help organising information, not making a diagnosis.
  • Ask for questions to take to a clinician, not a replacement treatment plan.
  • Describe the type of routine support you want without adding unnecessary identifying information.
  • Check important health statements against a reliable primary or official source.
  • Use urgent medical services—not the Coach—when symptoms are severe or time-sensitive.

Privacy and control

Share only the information needed for the question. Avoid including names, addresses, contact details, account credentials or other unnecessary identifiers in a Coach conversation. Review the app’s privacy policy to understand how information is handled and use device security features to protect access.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong even when it sounds confident. Treat it as a starting point for organisation and education, not as an authoritative clinical conclusion.
