The app may let you record routine information such as dose day, reminders, weight or progress notes, hydration, protein, meals, appetite, side effects, weekly check-ins, and Coach setup answers.
Information is used to provide app features such as reminders, tracking, summaries, educational guidance, and personalized routine support inside OurGLP1.
Apple Health access is optional. You choose which permissions to allow and can change them in Apple Health or device settings at any time.
The Coach is designed for routine support and education. Personal entries are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, prescribing, or dose changes.
If account or subscription features are used, we may process the information needed to operate login, purchases, support, and account management.
You can delete individual entries in the app. Where the app provides a Delete Account option, using it removes your account and associated personal data from active systems. You can also request account help, deletion, or confirmation by emailing support@ourglp1.com.
The public OurGLP1 website offers optional Google Analytics 4 measurement to help us understand basic website use, such as page visits and general technical information. Analytics is not loaded unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the website notice. Essential-only use does not load Google Analytics.
We do not use website analytics for health profiling or personalised advertising, and we do not intentionally send medication details, health entries, names, email addresses, or other information entered in the app to website analytics. Advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad-personalisation signals are disabled in our website configuration.
Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can review or change it at any time using “Cookie preferences.” For more information about Google's handling of Analytics data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Routine and health information stored locally on your device is retained until you delete the relevant entries, clear the app's data, use Delete Account where available, or uninstall the app. If you use account features, the account information needed to provide those features is retained while your account remains active. When you delete your account, associated personal data is removed from active systems promptly.
Deleted data may remain inaccessible in encrypted routine backups until those backups rotate, generally within 30–90 days, after which it is permanently deleted. Anonymous diagnostic and technical logs, if collected, are generally retained for 30–90 days and then deleted. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal or security obligations.
Limited subscription, transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained for longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. These records are not retained for unrelated use. Anonymous or aggregated information that can no longer identify a user may be retained for product reliability and statistical purposes.
OurGLP1 is educational and is not a medical device. Always follow your clinician's advice for medication, dosing, side effects, diagnosis, or treatment decisions. For urgent symptoms or emergencies, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional.
